You will be guided through a practice called Gita Yoga, a hatha yoga practice that works systematically on the endocrine glands and hormonal system of the body to create balance in the body – inside and out.
The class will include limbering, poses, breathing practices, mindfulness and relaxation. It is easily adapted to be dynamic or gentle to suit students level of practice.
Please bring your own mat and blanket for warmth and to use as a prop.
